Deviled Scallops
Deviled Scallops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. scallops, halved, 1/4 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. flour and 1 1/2 tsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Boil scallops in water 3 minutes; drain. In saucepan, combine butter, flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Slowly stir in milk; cook over low heat just until thickened.
Add scallops.
Turn into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with combined crumbs and butter.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 5 or 6.
