Deviled Clams
Deviled Clams is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oil, 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder, 1/2 c. dry onion, 1/2 c. dry parsley and 1 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute dry ingredients in oil until golden brown.
Put celery, clams and broth in blender.
Chop well.
Mix in bowl with sauteed mixture.
Let stand for a few minutes.
Stuff into oiled clam shells.
(Shells can be washed and reused.)
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° until golden and bubbly.
Makes approximately 5 to 6 dozen.
Serve with lemon slices.
