Dessert Rhubarb Crunch
Dessert Rhubarb Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. oatmeal, 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 1/2 c. melted oleo or butter and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, oleo and cinnamon together until crumbly.
Press 1/2 of crumbs into 9-inch pan.
Cover with rhubarb.
Make sauce up of sugar, water, cornstarch and vanilla. Cook until thick and clear and then pour over rhubarb and sprinkle with remaining crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serve hot with milk or cold with whipped cream.
We prefer it cold.
