Danish Meat Loaf
Danish Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. top round, ground twice, 1/2 lb. pork, ground, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 medium onion, grated and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix meat.
Soak bread crumbs in milk; add, then add eggs, onion and flour together.
Mix all with hand. Beat with a wooden spoon until mixture appears light and frothy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Form a loaf of the mixture in a baking dish.
Put the bacon on top.
Bake for about 1 1/2 hours. Baste several times during baking with the juice or stock.
Slice thinly when cool.
