Danish Meat Loaf
Danish Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1 large onion, grated and 1 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Have pork and beef ground together.
Combine meat, egg, onion and seasonings.
Add flour and beat using electric mixer, until thoroughly blended and fluffy.
Add milk slowly, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well.
Shape into a long loaf in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Refrigerate until cold. Makes about 24 thin slices.
Serve on light rye, pumpernickel or egg bread.
