Damn Good Leg of Lamb
Damn Good Leg Of Lamb is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 lb.) leg of lamb, 1 c. white crème de menthe, salt to taste, ground cayenne pepper to taste and 3 tbsp. crushed dry mint, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Massage crème de menthe into the flesh of the lamb.
Place in a roaster.
Sprinkle top with salt, pepper and mint.
In a small mixing bowl, beat olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, wine and mustard.
Pour into bottom of roaster around the meat.
Spread onion over top.
Cover and bake for 2 hours, basting occasionally, until done.
Remove lid and bake another 15 to 30 minutes to brown meat.
