Dainty Little Tea Cookies
Dainty Little Tea Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. margarine or butter (1 stick), softened, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat flour, margarine, sugar, vanilla and salt until well blended, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber scraper.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
On lightly floured surface with floured hands, shape dough into small balls each using about 1 teaspoon of dough.
Place cookies on ungreased large cookie sheet; with side of fork or edge of knife, mark each cookie crosswise several times.
Bake cookies 10 to 15 minutes until lightly golden.
Cool 5 minutes, then gently remove with spatula.
Makes 4 dozen.
