Curried Potato Salad
Curried Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 medium potatoes (2 lb.), cooked, 1 1/2 c. cooked, cut green beans, 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 3/4 tsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel potatoes; cut into 1/2-inch cubes (makes about 5 cups). Place in a small bowl with green beans.
Combine yogurt, salt, curry powder, garlic powder, white pepper and turmeric.
Pour over potatoes; toss to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes.
