Crustless Coconut Pie

Whip eggs; mix together sugar and flour.
Then add milk, coconut and butter.
Add 2 tablespoons vanilla if desired.
If no crust is used, grease 6 to 7 pie plates well.
Pour mix into crusts or plates.
Bake at 325Β° for approximately 45 minutes. Monitor temperature so crust will not brown before filling begins to set and brown.
Yields 8 pies in crust or 6 to 7 without crust.
