Crustless Artichoke Quiche
Crustless Artichoke Quiche is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained (save marinade), 1 c. grated swiss cheese, 4 eggs and cream or milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly grease 8-inch pie pan with a little of the marinade.
Dice artichokes and scatter them in the pie pan with the cheese.
Combine marinade with the cream or milk to make 1/2 cup.
Beat eggs with cream mixture and pour in pan. Bake 25 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
Serves 4.
