Wash chicken, pat dry and set aside.
Beat egg and milk in bowl.
Another bowl, mix potato flakes, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
Roll chicken first in egg and milk mix. Then roll potato flakes mixture.
Melt butter in shallow baking pan.
Roll coated chicken in the butter and place skin side up in pan.
