Crisp Coconut Oaties
Crisp Coconut Oaties is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 beaten egg and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream butter with sugars.
When the mixture is light and fluffy, stir in egg, vanilla and coconut flavor; beat well and set aside.
Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Stir this mixture into butter-sugar mixture.
Blend well, then stir in coconut, oats and Rice Krispies.
Roll into 1 or 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 325Β° for 12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
