Crème Puffs
Crème Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. water and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring water and butter to boiling point.
Sift flour and salt in boiling liquid. Stir until a ball is formed which slips from the side of pan.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each egg is added.
Drop by spoonful on a greased cookie sheet.
Place dough 3-inches apart.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then 400° for 25 minutes. When baked, remove from sheet to cooling rack; slit on one side to fill.
