Made with 4 medium washington russet potatoes, 1 c. dairy sour cream or sour half and half, 4 green onions, sliced, 1 1/4 c. shredded, sharp cheddar cheese, divided and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook potatoes in jackets until tender; peel and shred. Combine shredded potatoes with sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
Turn mixture into buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
