Creamy Cheese Salmon is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. salmon fillets or steaks, salt and pepper to taste, 1 1/2 tsp. minced onion, 3/4 c. sour cream and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Rinse salmon; pat dry.
Arrange (skin side down for fillets) in a single layer in an oiled baking dish; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix onion with sour cream (option; add dill weed also) and spread evenly over fish.
