Cream Soup Potato
Cream Soup Potato is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. finely chopped onions, 1/4 c. finely chopped celery, 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 3 tbsp. flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In medium saucepan, saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.
Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk.
Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Do not boil.
Stir in 2 cups diced potatoes, Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard.
Heat thoroughly.
