Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. butter, 4 eggs and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring water and butter to boiling point in a large pan.
Add sifted flour and beat quickly until smooth and won't stick to the spoon or pan.
Cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly.
Drop on buttered cookie sheet at 400° until puffed, then reduce heat to 350° and finish baking.
They should be brown and slightly dry.
When cold, fill with custard or whipped cream and sprinkle powdered sugar over them.
