Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. sifted flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt margarine in water.
Add flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously.
Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
Remove from heat.
Cool slightly.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each until smooth.
Drop on greased sheet.
Bake at 400Β° until brown and puffy, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven; split.
Cool on racks.
