Cream Brûlée
Cream Brûlée is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. heavy cream, 6 tbsp. sugar, 6 egg yolks, 2 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/2 c. light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 300°.
Heat cream in a double boiler and stir in sugar.
Beat the egg yolks until light and pour the hot cream over them gradually, stirring vigorously.
Stir in vanilla and pour into a soufflé dish.
Place dish in a pan containing 1-inch hot water and bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Chill.
