Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh cranberries, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. celery, diced and 1 c. raw red apple, diced (1 medium), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook cranberries in water until they pop open; remove from heat.
Add sugar and stir gently to dissolve.
Add celery, apple and nuts, stirring gently.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Add to other ingredients and stir.
Pour into shallow decorative glass bowl and chill for several hours until firm.
