Cranberry Nut Bread
Cranberry Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. oleo, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 3 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350Β°. beat oleo and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with juice, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries, nuts, and grated rind. Pour into greased & floured 9x5 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centercomes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
Makes 1 loaf. Yummy!
