Cranberry Jelly
Cranberry Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail, 1 to 1 3/4 pkg. powdered fruit pectin, 4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In kettle, combine cranberry juice and pectin.
Bring to full, rolling boil.
Stir in sugar.
Bring again to boil.
Boil hard, uncovered, 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in lemon juice.
Skim off foam.
Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Cover with hot wax or water seal.
