Cranberry Bundt Cake
Cranberry Bundt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
Fold in the cranberries and pecans.
Pour into a greased and floured 8-inch fluted pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
