Cranberry Bread
Cranberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. unsifted flour, 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. cranberry-apple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir in juice, oil, egg and vanilla just until blended. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Spoon into greased pan.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center springs back when lightly pressed with finger.
Cool bread in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.
Turn out onto rack and cool completely.
Makes 10 servings.
