Cranberry Apple Casserole
Cranberry Apple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. peeled, chopped tart apples, 2 c. fresh cranberries, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 c. sugar and 1 1/2 c. oatmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine apples, cranberries and flour; toss to coat fruit. Add sugar and mix well.
Place in a two-quart buttered casserole dish (or use nonstick spray).
Combine oatmeal, cinnamon, allspice, brown sugar and melted margarine.
Spoon over fruit mixture.
Sprinkle pecan pieces on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 8 to 10.
