Crabmeat Quiche
Crabmeat Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell, 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded swiss cheese, 4 eggs, slightly beaten and 2 c. light cream, scalded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fill pie shell with crabmeat and cheese, reserving a few pieces of crab for garnish.
Combine eggs, cream, wine, onion and seasonings.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325° and bake an additional 40 minutes.
Garnish with reserved crabmeat.
Serve immediately. Serves 6.
