Remove crust from bread; cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine cubes, milk and mayonnaise; stir well.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Remove mixture from refrigerator; stir in eggs, crabmeat, and parsley.
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Arrange broccoli in a lightly greased
9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spoon crabmeat mixture evenly over broccoli.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β°
40 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
