Crabmeat Artichoke Casserole
Crabmeat Artichoke Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1/8 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Melt butter.
Blend flour, salt, pepper and mustard until smooth.
Add milk; cook until thickened.
Add Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and crabmeat; mix well.
Arrange artichoke hearts on bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover with sliced eggs, spoon in crab mixture.
Top with buttered bread crumbs which have been mixed with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
