Crab Stew
Crab Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. soft butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. flour, 2 hard-cooked eggs, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cream butter with flour, mashed hard-cooked egg yolks, mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne, beating until mixture is smooth.
Slowly add enough to make a thin paste. Pour paste into remaining hot milk and bring to boiling point, stirring constantly.
Crab meat and heat 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and sherry. Place a slice of lemon in each soup bowl.
In mixture and garnish with the chopped hard-cooked egg white and parsley.
