Preheat oven to 425Β°.

Combine baking mix, 1 cup of cheese, milk and 1/2 of the melted butter in a medium bowl; mix together by hand until well mixed.

Pat out the dough into a circle approximately 8-inches in diameter, with a slight lip around the edge.

Sprinkle the parsley over the top of the dough.

Sprinkle the crab or shrimp over parsley.

Sprinkle remaining cheese over crab or shrimp.

(Don't go to the edges, leave about 1/2-inch around crust.)

Bake for 14 to 16 minutes until cheese is slightly brown.

Mix remaining butter and garlic powder and brush over the top as soon as it comes out of the oven.

Slice and serve warm.
