Cowboy Rice
Cowboy Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3 large onions, chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped, 1 can tomatoes and 1/2 cup uncooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until browned, drain.
Add onions & pepper.
Cook and stir until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Cook about 2 minutes. Pour into casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
