Country Style Meat Loaf
Country Style Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat (chuck, round or sirloin), 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 2 tbsp. parsley, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine meat, mixed vegetables (thawed), salt, pepper and parsley in a deep mixing bowl; mix well.
Add salt, pepper, corn flakes and 1/2 of tomato soup (undiluted).
Mix well to blend. Place 1/2 of the meat mixture in a buttered 6 x 16 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish; pack.
Dot top with 1/2 of the butter.
Place rest of meat mixture in baking dish.
Dot with rest of butter and pour rest of soup over the top.
In a preheated 375Β° oven, bake 1 hour. Remove.
Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
