Cottage Cheese Rolls
Cottage Cheese Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 2 c. cottage cheese, 1/4 c. sugar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm.
Stir in sugar, salt, baking soda, eggs and yeast mixture.
Gradually add enough flour to make soft dough.
Place in greased bowl.
Let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down.
Turn dough onto floured surface.
Divide into 24 pieces; shape into balls.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes in approximately two 9-inch square pans.
After rolls have baked, and as soon as you remove them from the oven, you may brush sugar water on top of them if desired.
