Cottage Cheese is an easy dinner. Made with 5 1/3 c. dry milk, 1/4 c. buttermilk and 1 gal. less 1 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix ingredients together and set aside for 18 to 24 hours or until mixture clabbers.
Stir, then heat 20 to 30 minutes over low heat.
Stir occasionally.
After whey separates, strain off from curds; discard whey.
Mix in 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine while curds are warm.
Serve immediately or chill before serving.
