Cornmeal Popovers
Cornmeal Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. whole cornmeal, 2 c. hot milk, 1 tsp. cold pressed oil, 1/2 tsp. sea salt and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Scald cornmeal with milk and add oil and salt.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add the eggs and beat well. Heat well muffin tins in the oven until very hot and quickly fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.
Bake immediately 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve at once.
Makes 12 popovers.
