Cornmeal Cookies
Cornmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with c. butter, c. sugar, eggs, c. flour and c. cornmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix butter and sugar in mixing bowl.
Add eggs and beat well. Mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and vanilla together. Add ingredients to mixture.
Put raisins in dough last.
Use No. 40 scoop and put dough on a greased 18 x 26-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes in conventional oven or 325° for about 12 minutes in convection oven, until lightly browned.
Makes about 100 cookies.
