Cornbread Dressing
Cornbread Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with turkey or chicken, 4 c. self-rising cornmeal, 1/3 c. oil, water and 1 pkg. stuffing mix, seasoned with sage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook giblets from turkey or chicken; save broth.
Mix cornmeal, oil and enough water to blend thoroughly.
Bake mixture at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove and cool.
In large bowl, mix cooled, baked cornmeal mixture with stuffing mix.
Add sage, celery and onion.
Pour in broth.
Dressing should be moist. Whisk the eggs through mixture.
Stuff turkey and bake.
