Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium-size potatoes (about 1 lb.), 1 c. water, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained and 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Bring potatoes, water and onion to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once or twice, until potatoes are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes for flavor to develop.
