Corn
Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can corn, drained, 1 can creamed corn, 1 medium onion, chopped fine, 4 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large saucepan, cook onion and butter until clear.
Remove from heat, stir in flour, salt, paprika, mustard and pepper.
Over low heat, stir constantly, until roux is bubbly.
Remove from heat. Stir in milk gradually.
Heat to boiling.
Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in egg and then corn.
Bring to boil and remove from heat.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
