Coconut Pineapple Pie
Coconut Pineapple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 c. light corn syrup, 1 c. flaked coconut and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour. Add corn syrup, coconut, eggs, pineapple, vanilla and butter. Pour into pie shell. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. (Note: Cover loosely with foil if top browns too quickly.) Cool on wire rack. Chill 2 hours before serving.
