Coconut Macaroons
Coconut Macaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. (7 oz.) angel flake coconut, 2/3 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 4 egg whites (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Immediately remove from pan; cool on wire racks.
Makes 3 dozen.
