Coconut Macaroons
Coconut Macaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large egg whites, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract and 1 (7 oz.) bag flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Grease and flour large cookie sheet. In small bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
Beating at high speed, sprinkle in sugar 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well after each addition, until sugar is completely dissolved.
Beat in vanilla (whites should stand in stiff glossy peaks).
With rubber spatula fold in coconut and flour.
