Coconut Chess Pie(2 Pies)

Chop coconut to very fine pieces. Mix as listed.
Stick bottom of pie shells with fork in several places.
Place pie shells in oven to dry out, 10 minutes in 325° oven.
Remove pie shells from oven and fill with mixture.
Bake in 325° oven for 35 minutes. Pies are done when tops are brown.
