Coconut Cake

Cream the butter and sugar well.
Add beaten egg yolks.
Add flour and milk alternately. Beat with mixer 2 minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Bake in 2 layer pans or oblong pan at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
