Remove and finely chop mushroom stems.
Brush caps with melted margarine; place in shallow pan.
In skillet, cook celery, pepper, onion, mushroom stems, pimiento and bouillon in margarine 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into caps; bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes or until hot.
Refrigerate leftovers.
