Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion and carrots in butter.
Add to a soup pot the onion, carrots, potatoes, salt, chicken broth and water.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add parsley, juice from clams, milk and wine.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add clams.
Simmer 5 more minutes and serve.
