Cinnamon Bread
Cinnamon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, scalded, 1 stick oleo, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 3 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Scald 2 cups of milk.
Add oleo, sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt to the cooled milk.
Add eggs to mixture, then add yeast which has been dissolved in a little lukewarm water.
Add flour.
Mix altogether and knead well.
Let rise until doubled in size.
Punch down and let rise again.
Divide into 4 parts and roll in circle. Brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Raisins may be added.
Roll like jelly roll.
Put in greased bread pans.
Raise 1 hour.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
