Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean beef, cubed, 1 lb. lean pork, cubed, 2 tbsp. fat, 2 c. celery, coarsely diced and 1 1/2 c. onions, coarsely diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat in fat.
Add celery, onions, soy sauce and water. Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Add 2 cans drained bean sprouts, 1 can sliced water chestnuts and 1 can sliced mushrooms.
Thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Serve over cooked rice or Chinese noodles.
