Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. oil, 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour 2 (8-inch) foil pans (square).
Cream butter, oil and sugar.
Add and mix eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini.
Sift together flour, all spices, salt, baking soda and cocoa.
Add dry ingredients to other ingredients by hand.
Do not use electric mixer for this step. Pour into prepared pans.
Sprinkle each cake with 6 ounces chocolate chips.
Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
Cool on cake rack. Leave in pan.
Wrap in foil.
May be frozen (in pans).
