Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (unsifted), 1/2 c. cocoa, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon. Set aside.
With rotary beater, beat butter and sugar together until smoothly blended.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one.
With a spoon, stir in vanilla, orange peel and zucchini.
Alternately stir the dry ingredients and milk into zucchini mixture, including nuts with the last addition.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake in 350Β° oven for about an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Drizzle glaze over cake.
